The Application for the 2012-2013 Academic Year
If you are either a re-admitted student or a student not receiving aid who needs only to apply for the upcoming 2012 Winter Study and/or spring semester, please see “Spring Semester Deadline” below.

Required Forms

- CSS Noncustodial Profile – to be completed by your noncustodial parent if your parents are separated or divorced
- Institutional Documentation Service (IDOC) Information
- Early Decision applicants only: Signed copies of 2010 Federal Income Tax Returns (including all statements and schedules) and T-4 Forms for parent(s), stepparent(s), and student are due November 15 in addition to the documents due May 1. Mail them directly to our office.

Late Application
Any student whose application is incomplete as of the first day of classes, September 6, 2012, will not be eligible for aid from Williams College for the fall semester.
Spring Semester Deadline
Any student re-admitted for Winter Study and/or spring semester of the current 2011-2012 academic year who wishes to apply for financial aid from Williams College must submit a complete application by December 1, 2011. Contact our office to review application requirements and how to access forms. Please understand that we cannot process your application until the Offices of the Dean and Registrar update your PeopleSoft status to “enrolled.”
